I believe that the success of a business depends heavily on its workforce. Yet often, managing people can present difficult challenges. Many businesses need extra assistance from time to time.

I am a former employment/HR solicitor with over 20 years' experience of supporting businesses, managers and HR professionals at all levels in relation to a range of legal, HR and learning and development challenges. I have been working as a consultant since 2014. I specialise in dealing with many of the difficult people issues businesses regularly face.

My areas of specialism and experience include a wide range of investigations, grievances, bullying and harassment complaints, whistleblowing complaints, disciplinary issues, dispute resolution and mediation, discrimination, performance and absence management, redundancy/individual and collective consultation, learning and development and coaching. I am an Accredited Workplace Mediator.

I work directly with clients and as an approved consultant to a number of law firms. I am fortunate to have worked with clients in a wide variety of businesses in the public, private and third sectors.

I aim to be straightforward to deal with and always fair and transparent about costs.
